  To handle all corporate communication matters with the authorities, media & other relevant parties.
  To maintain, review and update the Corporate Website and portal for the Group.
  To coordinate CSR activities and ensure that functions are effectively carried out.
  To work with key personnel across the Group business in compiling, coordinating, collating, writing, editing and managing graphic designs, print production etc for the production of the annual report, investor update and other publications of the Holding Company as required from time to time.
  To provide administrative support, private secretarial duties for confidential matters & ensuring that all tasks, initiatives & responsibilities directed are performed within the time frame provided.
  To perform with minimum supervision duties such as to schedule, prepare, coordinate & attend workshops and meetings inclusive of drafting & typing of letters & memos, preparing agenda, taking of minutes & prepare related material for meetings.
  To receive, monitor & track corporate documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signatures, distribution and responses.
  To assist in matters relating to Enterprise Risk Management.
  To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the Management.
  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  Required skills : Public Relations, Coordination, Communication & Management Skill.
  Knowledge of regulations on Occupational Safety & Health
  Strong presentation skills, excellent command in written English is an absolute pre-requisite.
  Pleasant personality & able to interact with all level of employees.
  Candidate must possess a positive attitude, matured thinking, initiative, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, proactive, integrity, resourceful, hardworking, trustworthy, good business communication & interpersonal skills & able to maintain confidentiality at all time.
