Method
1. Clean the prawns with corn flour and salt, then wash with
water, dry with clean cloth and then marinate with (B).
2. Heat Neptune cooking oil and fry the prawns for 1 minute.
Set aside.
3. Saute the chopped garlic and red onion in 1 tbsp Neptune
cooking oil until fragrant. Add diced celery, carrots and
fry for 1/2 minute.
4. Add (C) and stir fry till well-mixed. Then add in the cooking
wine. Dish uo and serve hot.
