Nata de Coco is a dessert
made from coconut water. It does not contain preservatives, is high
in fiber. It is excellent for the digestive system and contains zero
cholesterol.
The Shamu Nata
de Coco comes canned or packed into jelly cups. The canned
type has five delicious variants - with pineapple cubes, in pineapple
juice, rose syrup, lychee juice and heavy syrup. They are all excellent
especially when chilled and can be taken on its own or added to
other desserts.
The type with seaweed
jelly comes in convenient packs of 6's. The variants include lychee,
strawberry, blackcurrant and soursop flavours and mango pudding.
