Assistant Process Engineer
FFM Grains & Mills Sdn. Bhd. (Pasir Gudang, Johor)
RESPONSIBILITIES
| • | | To assist the Head of Flour/Feed Production Department to carry out and coordinate daily production/operation |
| • | | Prepare production schedule in accordance to sales forecast and products inventory. |
| • | | Plan and control the inventories of raw materials, additives and finished products based on the production planning. |
| • | | Arrange manpower and working schedule for the department’s activities. |
| • | | Plan and monitor the production process activities and ensure it meets targeted output and product specifications. |
| • | | Plan and coordinate process maintenance equipment sanitation activities, as well as to coordinate with Engineering Department on machinery maintenance and projects. |
| • | | Participate in troubleshooting of problems or issues on production process and quality. |
| • | | Ensure the production process are in accordance to the operating procedures, ISO/FSSC and GMP requirements as well as the safety & health rules |
Job Requirements
| • | | Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process engineering or equivalent, |
| • | | Good communication skills, both oral and written, |
| • | | Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply |
| • | | Working experience in food manufacturing environment is an added advantage |
| • | | Good analytical and observatory skills, occupational safety, good interpersonal & communication skill, willing to learn & pro-active |
