| • | | Supervise, verify and follow up daily operations activities to ensure smoothness of production line in order to achieve production Key Performance Index (KPI) with produce quality and safe products on time manner as well as comply with standard. |
Job Requirements
| • | | An advanced level culinary, hospitality or business degree |
| • | | At least 3 years of working experience in managing and participating in the operation of a large scale bakery production center. |
