Feed Technical Service Executive (Veterinarian)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• | | Assist the Head of Animal Feed Technical Service Department to provide technical support to farmers and customers. |
• | | Attend to customers' queries, complaints and handle calls for technical support pertaining to live stock farming issues. |
• | | Collect information about customer needs, market trends and report to management. |
• | | To liaise and co-ordinate between customers and factory on factory-related matters such as deliveries, schedules, packing, weights and etc. |
• | | To do routine visits to customers and farms to maintain contacts and rapport. |
• | | To promote company products. |
• | | To monitor feed quality, feed performance and commercial activities of competitors. |
• | | To provide technical consultancy in animal husbandry and livestock management to customers. |
• | | Participate in resolving issues related to animal feed products together with the company's production, quality control and marketing teams. |
• | | To perform any other duties assigned by superior. |
Job Requirements
• | | Degree in Veterinary, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Live Stock Farming management or equivalent from recognised institution. |
• | | Good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage. |
• | | Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant working experience is an added advantage. |
• | | Willing to travel and regularly visit the customers' premises - provided with fixed monthly car allowance, interest-free car loan, mobile phone allowance and other attractive benefits.
Training will be provided for fresh graduates. |
