Flour Technical Sales Executive
FFM Grains & Mills Sdn. Bhd. (Pasir Gudang, Johor)
RESPONSIBILITIES
| • | | Oversee all sales activities with the assigned portfolio to achieve sales objectives |
| • | | To achieve sales target and monthly KPI set by the Management |
| • | | Conduct sales and marketing executive activities in-line with sales and marketing plan established by Management |
| • | | Respond to customer’s inquiries in regard to product technical knowledge, functionality and respond to complaints in a timely and effective manner |
| • | | Monitoring and tracking of sales achievement, return & collection |
Job Requirements
| • | | At least 2 years sales experience preferably in bakery or industrial manufacturer related products. |
| • | | With working experience in production line or manufacturing before will be an advantage for this position. |
| • | | After sales service and follow up is essential for this position . |
| • | | Manage customer account to achieve sales targets for assigned business. |
| • | | Services existing accounts to obtain orders, collect payments, establishes new accounts. |
| • | | Basic Microsoft skill like excel, outlook, word and etc. |
