IT Application Engineer
FFM Berhad (Sungai Buloh)
RESPONSIBILITIES
| • | | Provide SAP ERP application support, user inquiries and troubleshoot issue |
| • | | Work with SAP functional team and /or business process owners to develop system that meet business requirements such as reporting and integration. |
| • | | Responsible for smooth running of SAP applications across the companies. |
| • | | Responsible for the up keeping technical system documentation and business processes. |
| • | | Provide training to the end-users for continuous improvement. |
| • | | Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing and User acceptance testing as well as post implementation support. |
| • | | Manage escalation process of issues to L2 and L3 support (SAP Consultant) |
Job Requirements
| • | | Bachelor’s Degree in IT /Computer Science |
| • | | Knowledge in SAP Module and experience in providing functionality support will be an added advantage. |
| • | | Strong at analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. |
| • | | Good communication skills in both verbal and written in English. |
| • | | A proactive team player |
| • | | Ability to create support documentation and written procedures and users’ guide. |
| • | | An outstanding self-starter with a commitment to deliver high quality. |
| • | | Be able to works independently and with minimum supervision and assist during off-office hours (for issues that affect productivity) |
