Product Application Executive
FFM Pulau Indah Sdn. Bhd. (Pulau Indah)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• | | Responsible for the efficient day to day running of the product application lab. |
• | | Conduct routine end product testing of incoming wheat & flour ingredients, flour, specialty products and premixes. |
• | | Conduct research & development & end product evaluation of new and new flour ingredients. |
• | | Conduct research & development on flour, recipes improvement, new recipe development for new flour-based end products. |
• | | Conduct end product testing on competitor and complaint flour. |
• | | To organize training on flour-based products in the form of workshop, seminars for QA, Technical Service and Marketing personnel and to customer when required. |
• | | Conduct product demonstration at customer premised when required. |
• | | Responsible for the bakery equipment maintenance and calibration, inventory control of bakery ingredients and miscellaneous items. |
• | | Perform any other duties/ responsibilities as assigned by the Group Technical Manager (Flour). |
Job Requirements
• | | Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Science related discipline. |
• | | Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and Halal. |
• | | Training / Working experience in HACCP/ ISO 22000/ FSSC 22000 will be an advantage. |
• | | Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. |
• | | Willing to travel outstation or overseas when required. |
