Sales Manager – Animal Feed & Raw Materials
FFM Farms Sdn. Bhd. (Sungai Buloh)
RESPONSIBILITIES
| • | | Responsible for the sales team and distribution of animal feed and raw materials trading in central and east coast regions of Peninsular Malaysia |
| • | | Ensure customer orders are fulfilled without supply chain interruptions through good coordination with other departments (production, warehouse inventory, logistics and sales team from other regions) |
| • | | Builds sustainable business growth and relationships with customers (existing and new) by implementing customer-centric strategies, negotiations and services. |
| • | | Enforce prudent and strategic credit control measures by monitoring closely credit risks and perform credit appraisals on new and existing customers. |
| • | | Conduct regular market visits, keep abreast of the market trend and secure market intel on customers and competitors activities for strategic sales implementations and feedback to management. |
| • | | Prepare monthly sales forecasts and sales-collection reports in accordance to the division’s sales objectives and targets. |
| • | | Ensure businesses and dealings are conducted in compliance to Malaysian Acts, regulations and FFM Group’s Internal control policies/SOPs/Enterprise Risk Management Framework |
| • | | Assist management in conducting business feasibility/ strategic studies for the division and other duties as assigned by superior |
Job Requirements
| • | | Bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition / husbandry related field |
| • | | Has sales experience of minimum 5 years within the animal nutrition / husbandry related industries. |
