Wireman
FFM Farms Sdn. Bhd. (Trong, Perak/ Linggi, Port Dickson/ Gurun, Kedah)
RESPONSIBILITIES
| • | | Installs, maintains, tests and repairs generators, control equipment, electrical motors, power circuit breakers, voltage regulators, automatic generation control equipment, transformers, and other electrical equipment. |
| • | | Inspect existing wiring and electrical systems to identify and correct problems or replace worn-out or defective component. |
| • | | Installs, inspects and repairs security systems, selective and control relays, station batteries, and chargers. |
| • | | Diagnoses, repairs and replaces water-level monitoring and control systems, hoisting equipment, spill gates, intake gates, overhead cranes, and elevator system. |
| • | | Operates and maintains specialized mobile equipment and vehicles. |
| • | | Instructs and monitors the work of Electrical Helpers and Apprentices. |
| • | | Performs other related duties of a comparable level/type as assigned |
Job Requirements
| • | | A minimum of three years’ experience in the electrical trades as an apprentice or helper, including one year working with 2200 volt or higher electrical equipment. |
| • | | Registered Wireman (PW4) or possess professional certificate in related field |
| • | | Familiar with single phase and three phase wiring |
| • | | Know and adhere to government regulations, building codes and safety rules |
| • | | Able to read technical diagrams and blueprints |
| • | | Able to communicate well |
