JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• |
|
Assist Production Manager in daily production activities and ensure processes comply with standard order of operation and work instruction.
|
• |
|
Responsible in production planning to ensure product produce with quality products and within timeline.
|
• |
|
Monitor closely on production progress, daily output, downtime and production reject.
|
• |
|
Assist in resolving daily operational issue, staff working schedule, attendance and staff discipline.
|
• |
|
Establish necessary standard or work instruction, checklist or other department necessary documentation to ensure smooth operation.
|
• |
|
Ensure that records are proper documented and updated and remain traceable.
|
• |
|
Enforce in GMP and maintain optimum hygiene and cleanliness in plant.
|
• |
|
Assist production in supervision, motivation, training and control of production staffs to achieve production KPI.
|
• |
|
Coordinate with all level of people in daily production activity.
|
• |
|
Update production report on time and report production activities and issue to Production Manager.
|
• |
|
Carry out ad-hoc task which assign by management.
|
REQUIREMENTS
● |
|
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Dietetics or equivalent.
|
● |
|
Preferably those with at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
|
● |
|
Candidate with baking knowledge and experiences will have an advantage.
|
● |
|
Computer literate, possess communication skills and technical skills.
|
● |
|
Able to show leadership in leading the production team to achieve target.
|
● |
|
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
|
● |
|
Good knowledge in GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000.
