Rewards & Performance Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
• | | Support the delivery of the annual remuneration cycle including delivery of the remuneration review and annual offers of the employee share plan. |
• | | Support key reward initiatives and projects, including the design, development and implementation of new reward frameworks or incentive plans |
• | | Provide remuneration advice to key stakeholders within the HR team, including market benchmarking, market positioning, use of allowances and employee benefits. |
• | | Deliver data-based insights to HR stakeholders across reward and other employment issues. |
• | | Support the ongoing operation of FFM’s share plans and employee benefits. |
• | | Support the development and implementation of the FFM remuneration policy in line with relevant legislation and industry practice |
• | | Monitor the effectiveness of reward programs and make recommendations to improve their operation. |
• | | Liaise with payroll to ensure smooth management of employee remuneration arrangements. |
• | | Maintain a contemporary knowledge of employment law related to remuneration, including tax, regulation and market practice |
Job Requirements
• | | Possess Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Commence or other business discipline. |
• | | Have experience working in a reward function of a company. |
• | | Developed project management skills in prior roles. |
• | | Have undertaken analysis or modelling of complex problems, with a demonstrated ability to communicate meaningful insights from that analysis. |
• | | Ability to think critically, using data-driven insights to make meaningful recommendations to internal stakeholders |
