Code of Conduct and Ethics

FFM Berhad ("the Company”) is an 80% subsidiary of PPB Group Berhad ("PPB"). The Company adopts the PPB’s Codes of Conduct and Ethics that applies to and provides guidance on the standards of behaviour expected of all Directors and employees of PPB and all its subsidiaries as well as its business associates.
